21st December 2012, Leaders of over 150 countries had died. Each bullet that killed all the leaders had a symbol OM. Rellac Enterprises owned by Jonas Victor and Pombos Chemicals owned by Robert Chiavo are the main suspects. FBI had launched an undercover operation to get the truth. The Washington leg of Ishi Dior's concert saw the unthinkable happening. Over 25,000 people died under mysterious circumstances. Earlier, Jonas Victor met with Ishi Dior to discuss security. Glauentraun, lord of the gods, was asked by his chief councilor to return to the dead universe that is Earth.

In the space between different worlds.
Crossing through different layers of time was a very intricate job. It required skill, a skill very few had. But the job was an easy one for the most skilled, god of gods, Glauentraun. He didn't want to return to Earth but, the time he feared had come. He didn't know that this time will come so soon that the most beautiful things he had created will end the very kind themselves. How could man be so cruel? He knew many things, and he knew that if he didn't go to Earth now, the planet he loved, would be destroyed forever. This was the one future he knew of.
Definite future is a vague term, Glauentraun thought. There are infinite futures. All of them are the manifestation of decisions we take. Every small decision, every small action, every small thought changes the future completely. He knew all of these futures. He had thought of a future of balance, yes, the wars and killings were necessary to maintain the balance. Terrorism, he had not planned for but, for few years it was just like wars. But this is not what is happening now. Mankind had crossed its limits.
This will be the ninth time that he would go to Earth to set things right. A lot of time had been wasted so, this time he would not be able to live full human life. He would appear on Earth, a man grown. Galav would be his name.

Back in Washington
Panic was the word. Panic that world had never seen before. FBI Special Agent Larry Cox was in the midst of the things. Emergency protocols were now issued for the whole country. Meeting of more 3 persons were disallowed. All the events and social gathering were cancelled forcefully. All the citizens were advised to stay indoors. Nobody knew where the next attack would happen. All the rail, road and air services were indefinitely suspended. All 3 divisions of the armed forces were now on full alert and were stationed all over the countries. There was a nuclear threat to think of. Nuclear threat level was raised to 'critical'.
"I said to them, that the concert was a bad idea. I warned them.", thought Larry. More than 25,000 people had died, including Ishi Dior. The cause of death of all of them was found to be an EMP signal that stopped the brain functioning. A technology, like the one which killed the President. The source of the signal were the guns of the private security guards. Rellac Enterprises and Pombos Chemicals were sealed. Undercover operation was cancelled and going public was the only option viable. They had to show the people that they where getting somewhere, but in real, they were getting nowhere.
Robert and Jonas had both undergone plastic surgeries and were nowhere to be found. The people pretending to be them had no clue what had happened and what technology had been stolen. They were just employees, working sincerely. The theory was made about the elite group that was behind all the incidents that had occurred. This elite group has members in all the countries of the world. This is why a G-150 meeting was to be held in 2 days. Larry had been appointed the chief of operations for the G-150 force. The force included head of securities from all the countries involved. The deputy chief of operations was from India. The decision for this was made because of the symbol found on the bullet. Indian hand was needed. Larry had done some research on this Indian guy. The records of his brilliance were only few but they all were superb. He had solved some of the most difficult cases in India. His name was Galav.

Samara, Russia
Robert was on the gates of The Kapchov facility in the cold city of Samara which played host to the most dangerous criminals of the world. The fact that these criminals were all mentally ill , psychotics and complete maniacs made them all the more dangerous. These 2,000 mad criminals had a vital role in the Robert's script.
Getting into the facility was very easy since, Robert was Russian by birth. So, he had contacts, contacts that would let him install his equipment. Technology had advanced so much, that transporting a man from one place to another was just a press of a button. But, transporting 2000 men to different locations in the world was a tough task. It had taken 10 years of hard work to make it happen.
